The battery drain was due to a worn out battery. Had mine replaced during RMA recently and battery drain issue was gone. Battery usage was high too due to AOD. If you turn it off, you can save quite a bit on battery usage.

Try using reachibility. I have no problem reaching all corners with the plus models.
Just that this one is 208g, so afraid it's abit unyielding to hold it with one hand.
