I need advise. I ordered a Dash Cam and it was cancelled by Shopee. Since's its a good deal I tried again.
Problem is Seller is obviously China seller, and I think they don't follow the way Shopee work as in ship by date.
I reviewed the seller carefully, seems he has a large shop, and had active positive feedback.
However, my experience with the seller is frustrating as per log below.
Can I get Shopee to act on Seller? I cannot provide feedback on sale now, any where else i can complain?

27/02 - order paid
- 28/02 - asked if order is shipped? got auto reply. seller reply 2 hours later ask to be patient will ship 2 - 3 days.
- 01/03-  asked if order is shipped? seller reply order is shipped 2 hours later. Status still at Seller to ship.
05/03 - order cancelled by Shopee
- 05/03 - asked for tracking number? seller reply not available for MY 5 hrs later. No mention item has been cancelled by shopee.

05/03 - order paid

Up till today, status is still TO SHIP.
Waiting for the seller to ship out the product(s). The seller should ship out by 14-03-2019
Please confirm ship out date with the seller.

Yes Order B with same seller.
Mostly is a good deal, and partly I want to prove if this seller should be removed.
Since there's Shopee guarantee with refund, I feel it is okay to take the risk.

Same here, I received 2 x RM1 in my wallet. Those are still there. Also received 2 x RM1 vouchers which I've used. These are gone from the list of Used vouchers. I don't have any unused RM1 vouchers. I really like those RM1 vouchers cause they can be used for topups.

Yesterday received 2 RM1 vouchers. This morning tried to tikam using the vouchers, entered vouchers numbers but couldnt proceed.

I supposed to received RM4 in total. Yesterday received two RM1 vouchers and today received another RM2 in wallet. But now that 2 vouchers already become invalid.

And also don't forget the RM5 sorry voucher. That can also be used. You have to buy 6 tikams in order to fully utilise the voucher.

Discount 20% No.
Coinback 20% Yes probably for small amount this evening.

To share and update  my painful experience with China seller in Shopee.
But what to do, want cheap and a difference of rm800 (Malaysia)  vs rm500 (china) .

TLDR
Vendor 1 - Order A shopee auto cancel , Order B me buyer cancel because I see Vendor 2 more promising.
Vendor 2 - Told me no more stock but shipped without inform. 24 days to receive.
In the end received item, tested working and happy. Will order again!

Hye guys,, How to stop Shopee followers? Every day at least 5 person follow me.. Look at setting but seems no option to stop people from follow.. lot follower with .my on the back

I already used up the maximum amount of coins yesterday (3000).

But i cannot use my coins for another purchase yesterday and today..

lel i use finish all.. probably got more than 10K coins used up less than a month.

Btw if u have nothing to buy u can keep got a loophole wont expire

Just buy RM100 milo from a preferred/mall seller and you may immediately use up all the coins

How to check expiry of coins ?

anyone encounter case like me before? bought something but seller didn't ship out item even after shopee guarantee was extended. then when want to cancel order, seller rejected. now my money in limbo 

I don't want to cancel it but after i extended shopee guarantee and seller still not shipping my item, thats when i decided to cancel the order. The thing is its already passed 2 days after shopee guarantee ended. So no more extra time for seller. Supposed the order will auto cancel by shopee but still not.

How many days exactly? Today is 2nd day after my shopee guarantee ended on 24th. The order still not auto cancel. Haiz.
What's your shipment status when it was cancelled? Mine is ready to ship right now.
