Why is it in shopee app, when I buy item >35, supposed to get free shipping but I'm quoted shipping fees in the final price? This is the same for all the supposedly free shipping items.

Do you still have free shipping vouchers? Used today's quota (It's once per day)? or selected the voucher during checkout?

Yaya, I always wanted to ask also. It clearly stated that free shipping if more than certain amount. But upon checkout, still need to pay the shipping fee if without FREE SHIPPING VOUCHER...

if i'm not mistaken there's a weight limit to it. try choosing x1 and see if you still need to pay shipping fee.

Normally I buy single item that is already over the amount entitle for free shipping. Yet if without voucher, I was still charge with the shipping fee...

So I always grab the free shipping voucher 1st whenever it is available. Even I have nothing to buy...

Must apply the free shipping voucher only will get free shipping for purchase above 35 from same seller

Is kinda misleading, because it only stated need RM35 then can entitle for free shipping.

And hopefully shopee can allow more than 1 free shipping voucher use per day. I believe this will even boost up their sale~

Have you claimed 3+2 free shipping vouchers for this month? You need to apply the voucher to get free shipping (up to 5kg for WM, up to 1kg for EM)

"Free Shipping" is conditional, the FS vouchers given are reducing over the past few months. From 1 per day to 8 per month and now 5 for Nov 2018. The minimum spend amount was being revised upward as well. So Shopee should end the Free-shipping scheme sometime next year.

I had to tap on "vouchers" at the bottom of shopping cart, then can see the free shipping vouchers. And yes, from time to time need to get these vouchers from Shopee. I remember they sent me promotion email, i just followed the steps, tap here and there, can't really remember. Then vouchers will be stored. I just forgot about them as I didn't have things to buy that time. Now with credit card promos, just can't resist to spend some money.

The URL CLarence provided works as well, but as I already have some vouchers, so i think there's no more additional for me. I have 4 free shipping left until end Nov. Also, free shipping can only be used once a day it seems.
