Yaya, I always wanted to ask also. It clearly stated that free shipping if more than certain amount. But upon checkout, still need to pay the shipping fee if without FREE SHIPPING VOUCHER...

Anyone know how this work actually?

Normally I buy single item that is already over the amount entitle for free shipping. Yet if without voucher, I was still charge with the shipping fee...

So I always grab the free shipping voucher 1st whenever it is available. Even I have nothing to buy...

Is kinda misleading, because it only stated need RM35 then can entitle for free shipping.

And hopefully shopee can allow more than 1 free shipping voucher use per day. I believe this will even boost up their sale~

Guys, anyone facing issue with Shopee?

After few attempt of making payment, finally I was able to land on the key in OTP page. But strange thing happen after I key in the OTP, an error msg said that my payment was failed, no charges were made to my CC.

Few moment later, I receive email from Shopee saying that my payment went through, receive sms from my CC saying payment was charge to Shopee. And I check in my Shopee App, all the items are inside the "To Ship" tab.

So should I clarify with my CC and Shopee regarding this situation to prevent misunderstanding in future?

Exactly the same situation as mine?

Wow, looks like our local online selling platform still need some serious improvement.

Is not about how great or little of the amount involved, to me is the hassle if there is a need to contact my bank to correct the situation if there is really some mishandling in between...

Few of my Maxis 50-10 voucher were gone due to Shopee system issue. Luckily I have few Maxis line, and thus extra vouchers. Shopee should invest more into their system to stay compete...

Ordered 3 items from shopee during 11.11.

1 item arrived on 12th, and 2 more arrived today. I must say Poslaju did a good job this round.

Only thing I feel need to improve was shopee payment system during 11.11~

Guys, just wondering if I bought different items from the same seller, the shipping fee is charge base on each item or total purchase price?

Say the seller offer free shipping after RM35. My 1st item is RM 20, 2nd item is RM 30.

How does shopee work ya?

Guys, any promo code to purchase Max Tag for shopee? Nowadays kinda find the promo code, previously used to have Maxis 50-10...
