Yeh ,everytime OTP does not send in time , need to resend.If 4-5 times = 5 minutes only can get login. 5 min wasted because of OTP.
Don't know why shopee doesn't have option to disable otp.

I know the shopee guarantee is only 10 days and 3 days extra if you extend it making it total of 13 days. But what happen if i order from overseas and the delivery may take up to 1 month. How does the shopee guarantee works for this. Can i ask refund while the product is shipping before the 13 days period is over? If i cant do that and shopee release payment to seller after 13 days period is over but before the product is received what will happen if the item is fake?
