Impossible seller cant cancel. they cheating u to cancel so they wont get penalty point.

Just ignore them eventually they will cancel or auto-cancel by Shopee they will get penalty point.

selling computer charges and battery. i know he selling oem, that not the problem, he sell the battery that totally cannot charge to 100%. i provide shopee the video and the seller never reply buyer after sales. shopee want me return back the battery then only buyer will refund to me. but this is all mention by shopee, seller never promise to refund. the product is RM61, i spend rm20 to ask ppl install battery for me, now shopee want me to remove it, mean i need spend another RM20???

and then today found out shopee hide my review and said my coin might be deduce due to the comment. what a scammer.

I think someone would post out a list of cancel seller or scammer for everyone to be aware.

shopee is like that. luno is problematic also but they don't take action. i'm not sure what benefit these sellers give to shopee to protect them that way.

I deal with cs through chat only then refund immediately om the same day.

it's a known fact. if buying expensive items, but almost similar price - always go for lazada. shopee only side with sellers. no buyer protection at all.
