yesterday confirm purchase, today find out product got faulty, seller didnt reply but got 3 months warranty from supplier.

now i cant ask for refund is it coz already confirm purchase?

even seller got 3 month warranty?
so is it mean next time better dont click on confirm purchase? to protect buyer

selling computer charges and battery. i know he selling oem, that not the problem, he sell the battery that totally cannot charge to 100%. i provide shopee the video and the seller never reply buyer after sales. shopee want me return back the battery then only buyer will refund to me. but this is all mention by shopee, seller never promise to refund. the product is RM61, i spend rm20 to ask ppl install battery for me, now shopee want me to remove it, mean i need spend another RM20???

and then today found out shopee hide my review and said my coin might be deduce due to the comment. what a scammer.

can post there to aware other? saw mainly is seller through lowyat.

Noted. I long time no online buying. If not because if free shipping for shoper i wont buy at there too.

I tried unlock casing but get stuck at few screws and also i not sure how to install battery so bring to shop.

I submit but asked for return. That day replied if need pay to remove battery again then i dont want waste money, ask them keep the money and let seller keep on sellomg faulty product. Yesterday said will consider refund half to me.

anyone has experience in returning an faulty product? any change to get shopee in to request refund only?

Ya. i dispute to shopee now. but think shopee will ask me to return too to get refund. the thing only cost RM13. if i knew need to return to get refund then sure wont order. wonder is it seller purposely did it like so that buyer wont get refund.

hassle to return the item. need to send to pos office is it? or any delivery company? if can i rather stay at home or not to go to crowed area.
the product i bought is in open condition. i dont even know is it new or someone pakai already.

Few years ago i return back zalora item, i only need to went to poslaju said zalora return then fill in a form which is sometime given by zalora in the pckage already, then hand them my thing so settle. Will try to see how. Thanks for reply.

need advice here. after payment only saw seller will send out at 5 May. his page didnt mention need how long to ship after payment only saw it. now i ask him can i cancel order he said already print out the consignment so will not accept my cancellation even if i cancel order now.

is it true? cant i just cancel my order, then within this 3 days if the seller haven send out it will refund back or seller can still send out within this 3 days by reject my cancellation request?

can i just request to cancel order and see how the seller will react?now the seller dont reply my message.
last time i cancel an order, but the next day seller cancel my request straight away send out the item...dont know how shopee work seller can choose when they want to ship out and customer need to wait so long. if he mention ship out on xxx date after payment then i can accept it, now after placing order only said send out on mei....

Seller dont have the item but still let buyer to submit order. After asking only said no more stocks need to wait...shopee said will penalise the seller if exceed shipping date item still dont ship out. Anyone know what is the penalty or penalise?

thanks. wasting time for waiting. auto cancel took around 3 weeks....
