Never in my life met such an arrogant Shopee seller..
Gave 1 star at they page due to slow delivery and no update on the delivery

And was being scolded by them for not cancelling the order and was told not to waste their time and don't buy from them

Never apologize and yet scold their customer
Such a "great" service from them

Not to emphasize about "customer is king".
It's about the manner towards their customers.
They expect everyone will give them 5 stars and once a low rated review,
they just blast the customer for wasting their time and told not to buy from them anymore.

Ratings might be fake. But only buyers who bought items from the seller able to give reviews.
If they only accept praises as credits but criticism as insult, just wish them best of luck!

The first reply was towards me, the rest are from previous replies by seller.

What I was trying to highlight about this seller, is the bad attitude towards buyer, discouraging buyer to buy from online shop. He was like, "go retail store and purchase your goods, if you have so many request or questions, just buy from online and keep your mouth shut for whatever you are going to receive" this attitude.

Don't care about customer interactions
Just pay n fxxk off attitude
