Who should I contact for the Shopee Express ah?
My parcel has been picked up since 23 January and until today also got no updates.

Wow. Shopee express what is going on? 7 days later my parcel still has no update even though Shopee Express has picked it up. Lazada is more efficient these days.

My J&T parcels seem to be ok. Best is still Lazada express.
Sigh, learned my lessons, kept telling myself stop buying from Shopee already.

Got any updates though? Mine never updates since 23 Jan.

I didn't order from Shopee for a while and now I find that the delivery fees are super high lately? why ah? any changes? less subsidy?

Guys, if the seller hasn’t shipped after the designated date, can I cancel order or automatically get a refund. All it says it’s Seller is preparing to ship. And chat has no responses. I will extend another 3 days but after that I’m not going to.

so now that i have extended. I just wait somemore until it auto cancels?
Cause the seller already puts "preparing to ship", feels like they are buying time.

So the seller is supposed to ship the item by 18 and until now I still haven’t got any refund or auto cancellation since the seller only updates that it’s preparing to ship since 14 June. Since it’s already 19? Should I contact the help desk?

Guess what they told me?
The earliest is 18 June, but it will only auto cancel after 24 June cause they give sellers time to prepare. WTH.

Which means all, the date indicated on the system is a lie. Behind the scene they still give sellers another date to prepare. So now that I have extended the Shopee guarantee until 18 June, and I still have to wait until 24 June before it auto cancels. Wow. Shopee is lying straight to my face again. I really hate Shopee.

wah realised that all my shipments via Shopee is using DHL.
How fast is DHL ah? Can receive the next day or not?

hey guys, i bought 2 bottles of an item. But instead of 2, the seller only posted 1 bottle. Can i ask for refund for that one bottle only??

Guys, if I change my mind once I receive the product, can I still return it? Since it’s under 15 days return as well.

Wanna ask, if I request for refund and the seller never replied by certain dates, what is going to happen? The refund will be accepted automatically?

Guys, wanna ask ah, having some troubles with the shopee app.
My father's phone is Samsung, now wanna upload evidence, can't access to the photo gallery. It keeps saying no access but i check his permissions, all permissions have already been given.

guys, i have some money in the shopeepay, and i know it's enough to cover the product i want with free shopping voucher.

Problem is when i check out, it doesn't let me use shopee pay cause it says i don't have sufficient amount. I want to choose shopeepay and then apply the free shipping voucher, then the amount will be ngam already. I don't want to purposely top up just to change payment method.

these days the sellers are kinda trash. like i obviously received a lemon product that doesn't work, and even provided video as evidence. They will always say they ship in good conditions and then ask shopee to check with logistic company. zzz. Sorry lo, some damages i don't think it has anything to do with logistics also.

Guys, what the hell is wrong with the Shopee app? Now I can’t purchase anything cause it claims that I don’t have an address??? And when I try to add again since it directs me to those address details page, after I key in everything and then submit it says error occurred??

I placed an order around 5PM no issues also. Now cannot check out at all. You could test it out.
