Wow. Really shitty J&T express. This is the 2nd time. Parcel delivered but I checked up and down also never receive a single shit. Now I wanna ask for return/refund, the seller also disputes. Sien. Last time when they were using POS Laju it was so much better. This J&T express is unreliable as f*** and the customer service is all just bots. You can't even speak to a real person.

walao. Im really piss off. J&T Express forged my signature by just writing my name on whatever device that was. And then now I didn't receive my order and no matter how many times I want to dispute also Shopee just checked evidence on one side and decided not to refund me. I really want to lodge police report and go to the consumer tribunal already at this rate.

Is it all my parcels but how come I don't see any pos laju updates lately? The last update was 18 April and today also the tracking is not updated? Not only for one for 3 parcels. Hmmm..

How long does it take for the request refund? No news from shopee?
And also one of my items I suspect pos laju sent to the wrong state, then they sent back to the correct state then no update. My shopee guarantee is going to expire tomorrow what should I do? Should I just request refund? |

Hey all, how do you all actually submit a claim that the audio product is not working? For an example, if the audio jack is not emitting sounds in the earphones, how the hell do you proof that? And then I won't be able to return/refund?

Does DHl deliver on Saturday? One of my items is suing DHL and now I regret it very much why I chose that company, super slow. Posted over the counter since 8 July until now, my item is still nowhere to be seen.
