hey guys, is there something wrong with the app?

I tried to apply FREE SHIPPING VOUCHER since that seller is from Shopee Mall has FREE SHIPPING from RM15 & above. And also i went to the "FREE SHIPPING" to claim the voucher. But when i tried to apply via checkout page, i don't see any FREE SHIPPING voucher, a bunch of SHOPEE FRESH stuffs though. WTF??

if my J&T is in sorting facility around 10AM very near me. What are the chances that it'll go out for delivery today? Or could i call in to arrange for pick up?

I called the hotline number 1300 something but the agent didn't say if i can pick up or not. Who else should i call ah? I wanna pick up if possible.

Where is the J&T ECP Kota Damansara 4506.
There are a few in KD. Maybe I would just drop by and check if I can take or not.

Guys, let's say the shopee app indicates the delivery date by 4th June, so after 4th June if i haven't received, it's a automatic refund or i can to go and click request for refund? Wouldn't seller dispute it or whatever?

The thing is stuck in logistics centre, and i have a feeling it might not even arrive cause so many others are having issues right now.

So after 7 days of waiting for my item in distribution centre in J&T, i contacted Shopee in which case they say will help me to check with the logistics. Within 2 days, suddenly the order got cancelled, apparently parcel was lost.

Wow... I have read like a few comments here and there in the forum that J&T always just updates parcel lost, close case.

Like wow, J&T really needs to work on these. everytime things get stolen, really no jokes.

Hey guys. I requested a refund for one of the items I bought in Shopee Mall. It has 15 days return. I recorded a video of the issue. But when I requested the refund it straight away directed me to the J&T drop off barcode and such. There’s no place for me to add in further details on the issues.

So I just proceed to drop off the item in J&T right? Will get refund straight away? The item is actually a cable, but it cannot charge my iPad whereas other cables can, even with the same power source.

Guys, when I click on the delivery option. There’s a ‘others’ door step delivery. Which cost RM0.00 as compared to the standard delivery (RM4.90). What’s the difference between those 2?

Wow, the self collection really takes a long time. My thing is stuck in OUG hub for two days and next week I can’t collect the stuffs for a week. 🥲 I guess they will just return to seller.

Guys, wanna ask you all.. can you check if you have the ‘donation’ on Prepaid, Bills & Tickets -> finance & others? I realise I don’t have that option, only see SPAY later there.
