lodge a report to both shopee and J&T

those J&T Kota Permai branch should take the responsibility

they are the one who hired these "part-time" outsider

ask them proof of delivery...ctc shopee too

also ask the seller to complaint against J&T and shopee too

if seller really concerned and want to honor their commitment to their customer...

they will do the right things

and everyday blast every single of them email for updated



and also call them too and scold them kaw kaw

but i still prefer email because it's "black&white"

if you order before 1st june

DTS + 10 working day

after 1st june

DTS + 4 working days

(DTS) = date to ship

before shopee system can automatically cancel the order

did seller already produce the tracking number ?

you can change your payment options

but those cashbacks shopeepay voucher will not be applicable

tommorow 7/6 still got i think

28th may paid

but status to ship still without tracking number ??

then shopee system should auto cancelled

already way pass 2 working days

but if they did key in the tracking number

then the system will only auto cancel after 10 working day

yes...you can

now shopee allowed voucher to stack up

it may now be shown on the initial amount

but when you choose your payment options

it will deducted the amount

just tried it it...if it doesn't show most probably the bank voucher are already fully redeemed

ask the seller cancel from their side

those shipping voucher (except those limited time use) and coins you redeem will revert back to your account

from what i heard from china seller

it's quite normal for them during this recent covid crisis

that the item need to be "quarantine" for around 10 days at china warehouse

before it can be ship out overseas

not sure if they telling the truth or not

but the tracking status did stuck at china warehouse around 10 days

that's based on my last May order from china seller

now i prefer buying from local seller

don't mind paying more to help country economy

from my understanding

it's return and refund

since there's missing item

you have to return all of it to the seller

no...you will not get the cashback coins that being applied during order

because you need to return all those item to the seller

my advice

better to return it to seller

you wouldn't lose anything except those cashback coins

there will be another opportunity with different seller (far more trustworthy)

and another opportunity to get much higher value of those cashback coins

seller KPI is effected if many of their order are being return

keep all the screenshot of the conversation between you and the seller

include those conversations via WhatsApp or SMS

are your return/refund being accepted by the seller ??

and for the solution

the seller ask u to return all the item back ??

if yes...

reject those solution and let shopee decide

as u already giving them 10 days to ship those missing item

and yet the seller didn't honored his/her promise

u will get your refund...just it takes times for shopee to solved this dispute

it's been awhile since i open up a dispute in shopee

now they can do a partially refund..which is good

depends on which seller u want to purchase from

some does give extra discount during this big sales event

since now you can stack up between seller own discount voucher and shopee voucher together

but one thing for sure

since many people always waiting for this big day event

courier companies might get a surge of delivery amount

so does the seller

which might leads to late delivery

and i don't like the feeling of anxious waiting for my orders to arrive

so i most of the time shop before this "big sales" event

its 24 hrs cycle

just found another good voucher

and these aren't coins cashback voucher

can redeem it at groceries section
