Avoid shoppe now got scammer exploiting buyers protection loophole. No notification of order delivered. If u didn't check your apps regularly past 24hours shoppe released the payment and you'll know your are being cheated when u received order completion notification.

Saw there were few codes:

this is third time my purchases didn't get credited on Cashback app. I was pretty sure I logged in the app first to get into Shopee. Lazada app no problem tho all credited like usual but Shopee is hit and miss

I need advise. I ordered a Dash Cam and it was cancelled by Shopee. Since's its a good deal I tried again.
Problem is Seller is obviously China seller, and I think they don't follow the way Shopee work as in ship by date.
I reviewed the seller carefully, seems he has a large shop, and had active positive feedback.
However, my experience with the seller is frustrating as per log below.
Can I get Shopee to act on Seller? I cannot provide feedback on sale now, any where else i can complain?

- 28/02 - asked if order is shipped? got auto reply. seller reply 2 hours later ask to be patient will ship 2 - 3 days.
- 01/03-  asked if order is shipped? seller reply order is shipped 2 hours later. Status still at Seller to ship.
05/03 - order cancelled by Shopee
- 05/03 - asked for tracking number? seller reply not available for MY 5 hrs later. No mention item has been cancelled by shopee.

Refer back to old post , how do I track and ask the buyer ? I can't click the username of the buyer comment and type the username at the bar but the there is no chat button on desktop the chat button cannot click.

I wush one day Shoppee allows buyers to chat with each other. This will enable buyers to share informatuon on the items they have bought. At this moment, most reviews are based on delivery time and the condition of items received and not much on the usage.

Not everyone is good in review , and those who give 1 star mostly got deleted or block by buyer.Those who rate one star sometimes lazy or worry offended the buyer they may made the  next time purchase and if buyer block they can't buy from them.

If you are not a seller , who cares to spam you ? Sometimes it's not about fake but product durability of long usage.Need review , example you buy a Fan , cool and quite but after 6 months getting noisy.Mostly as a buyer will not able to comment and rate the buyer after 6 months.
So before buying ask about the buyer how is the product condition after long usage and sometimes the product ready spoil.Who know until you get actual user to bought it ?

He doesn't send the item at all. Gave tracking number at the last minute (literally 1 minute before auto cancel cutoff), and the tracking said --- whatever this item is, it already arrived to someone else in a different state a month ago.

After he's done that, does Shopee's system detects it as delivered? If it does, how much time do you have left to return/refund the item before it auto-completes in the seller's favour?

Interesting scam. Wouldn't work right? Unless the buyer happens to be totally indisposed from the time it was detected as Delivered to the time the order auto-completes.

I'll reveal everything after my refund goes through. Dude still not admitting it and said he put the wrong tracking and I'll get my item on monday. Yet doesn't even give me this supposedly real tracking no. This motherfker.
