Why not you call the seller ? If it is not an oversea seller , you can call him/her as the postage poslaju address from shopee have the seller contact number.
Ask him/her directly so much better explain or reply and notifiy buyer here to get more caution on certain details.

Recently bought two top up from a single seller but only received one of it. tried to contact with the seller but no reply till now. it has been almost a week.

any idea guys?

They will only take actions if seller did not refund, but since its cancelled and refunded they will not pursue anymore unless u still want to pursue and willing to go to court.

Mostly sellers are lousy.

Of 3 purchase this week on Shopee ,seems only one (1) are shipped.
One purchase already cancelled, reason...Out of stock (only after me Shopee closed this purchase).
Seller.....kungfuking.my

Second purchase seems to be cancelled soon, reason.....seller inform me that his suplier damage item (!!),
but seller still had 2 items in stock.
Seller......Monodigital

My bad purchase week chosing Shopee. bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

How long take to collect my money back..?

Edit:
I should read this thread earlier.....think twice before using Shopee.

Should be ok, I applied discount voucher and still can select installment option, but I did not proceed to complete the payment.

much better compare to Lazada. Cant use voucher when choose instalment.

as I know it only selected product and not like laz where above 500 auto have instalment plan.

btw , for apps , did shope change to ipay88 gateway ? it looks like changes made on the T&C .

I think selected product or above certain price only have installment, just tried, not all product can have installment.
