I think buyer see can't use free shipping and look at the price increase extra RM5 , then no more choices all choose bank voucher.
Last time bank voucher even lasted until the last hour of 11.11 or 11:50pm.

Certainly , either CC or shope pay but shope pay = no free shipping , shipping cost RM5 while cc only give out 10% direct discount.
If use shope pay also the same , 20% cashback coin with 900 coins or 18% 800 coins also no use minus no shipping remaning 300% save.

End up only save 8% discount.Better don't do sales if like this.More than 4 years experience still got problem with the system

As for your 2nd question , sometimes seller agreed to refund because seller want to maintain their shop reputation and continue seling on shope.Preorder or item doesn't exist also can refund because $ is still at shope.Seller do not loss anything since no product in their hand and didn't shipped out. Just loss some penalty point of cancellation and don't forgot shope side seller , so no problem for seller.

I would like to suggest TS lukeroku to create a new shope seller thread too so everyone can discuss on how to become a seller and rules on shope to avoid problem for both seller and buyer.

Just SS the conversation shope agent knew the seller is a scammer then forward the screenshot to skmm and KPNDKK.This will help to notify shope they are actually siding the buyer.Attach the report ID from KPNDKK or SKMM to shope.
The refund should be faster in this way.
Anything over Rm500 , think twice and over 1k from oversea , you need to do a full research whether the seller is really trusted.
