I saw self collect option at Mall but the postal charge is still the same.

I would suggest something more effective.Return choosing shipping option.Reduce shipping fee as low as to rm1 for self collect within state or town.Self collect can be at the nearest location buyer choose.
Lets say poslaju nearest main office , buyer can select self collect.Seller Mall , can allow self collect too for most of their branch.Example Tesco/Lotus after buying , you can go to any tesco/lotus supermarket , show your shope purchase and if the product available just scan and take the product.

This is communication problem with shope and seller.

When purchase
Seller Mall -> Shope warehouse -> Courier -> to you
When return
From you -> Courier -> Shope warehouse -> Seller

Anything happen or delay in the middle will cause few working days.So try to avoid buying if the product is expensive.
Normally , the first thing if item damage is to contact seller with proved , then chat with the seller what are the step for returning.

12pm free 2 shipping but no 50% or 70% voucher.
Beside 12pm all only release the 50% 300,500 coins voucher
Last night 12am voucher always finish less than 5 minutes or even faster because FCFS and who knows how many voucher shope release ?
If 1000 piece for whole malaysia to grab surely finish in 5 second.Not transparent at all.

Since when shope lose money ? every product charge over 12% extra but give out 9% discount.They earn extra 3% from every seller moreover cashback coins is meant for buyer to pay full amount first.

The main issue here is more on free shipping and voucher time different.If your line is good , 12am is the best time to combine shop voucher but cashback voucher ran out within 1-3 minutes especially those 500 coins.8pm no more shop voucher and only cashback but didn't use up.
Shope reduce voucher on midnight and increase on certain time which is not transparent.

What I hope for shope who earn so much , please remove FCFS for free shipping and allow sales day for buyer to get 3 free shipping.It's not a loss since shope collect 12% from buyer.

Think for example ,
-free shipping 1000 piece.
-500 coins 1000 piece
-1.3k coins 100 piece.

Buyer collect 100k piece , now 100k fight for 1% of free shipping and coins. doh.gif

Looks like shope had flag for frequent buyer and new buyer.

1.3k coin cashback but no free shipping = 800 coins but to redeem back 800 you need to buy rm30 and if not it'll accumulate your coins.

Sure can't get , i try many time at shope also the same , add up it's just rm7 save if no free shipping except you get shop voucher.
But by the time you add shop voucher sure miss out the shope voucher.Hard to do 2 things at 12am.

Now shope is pretty bad now.They change their focus on less gaming and more on business earning.

I suggest shope just stop all the rebate and cashback voucher and just return back Rm5 free shipping like laz and everyone happy.

Only have cashback and rebate on sales 12.12 , 1.1 , 2.2 of the month and pay day like laz

Product price will also reduce at the same time because there is no campaign for both rebate+cashback+free shippin

Seller will reduce product price down.

As for those Mini game , elderly or people working don't even have time to keep on playing words , candy crush , egg and etc or login the farm to water the tree in time.
Same with watch live show, not everyone have time to watch it too.

Why not shope just set shope pay as pa base on tree game or login game ?
The more you have in shope pay the more coin earn or the more you purchase .Like investment return on coins.

I will explain future , if i have time.
