Sorry I though you say buy movie ticket from a seller and ice cream online.Anyway I just check all fully redeem.
Have to find something to buy , like force to buy even you didn't need to buy else expired.
With coins , they can cover up most the shipping cost.
Lets say you buy an item minimum RM40 to get free shipping and only limited to 4.
With coins , max 3000 coins perday , if someone really have 20000 coins by shake or buying things ,
Buyer need to hurry to spend since it'll expired within 3 months.

by then , buyer will use up all the free shipping and , even use coin to replace the shipping price.So the actual coins spend is 3500 for minimum RM100.
Giving back to shopee 500 coins for shipping.Direct meaning , you pay for the shipping when you use up all the free shipping voucher.There is no next month since it'll expired.
I am sure everyone didn't predict the coins will expired and cannot be carry forward.

Yeh , no matter how many coins you have , max is 3000 perday.Means you have to find something to get exact RM100++ to use the coin and even then , if you have extra coin , you'll waste either free shipping again buying the next day.

Max 3000 coins , buy 2 separately = burn 2 free shipping.If buy 4 , free shipping for a month burn just like that.
If buy without free shipping also burn your 500 coins.

It's a merry go round.Over all , coins=points is good but What I dislike is expired in 3 months.At lease 6 months best 1 year.

I forget to add , those who buy stuff with voucher coins consider a voucher also.I still prefer direct discount 12% off voucher code compare to coins which force to buy stuff again.
