has happened multiple times to me. and seller use excuse no stock. reported to CS and as usual deduct points etc but i still see seller selling item and still preferred status no difference

i can't even leave feedback to warn other buyers

agree with many others here, lazada has more buyers protection although slightly more expensive. shopee causes alot of disappointment, and stress although cheaper, sometimes not worth it to go through the hassle and frustration

For peninsular, still jnt faster.. I placed 2 different orders ytd with same seller with 2 diff courier, JnT & Poslaju.. seller ship out same day, I receive from JnT today. Poslaju still stuck at Ipoh (seller location)

Nope. Its vary from area to area. saying "for peninsular" is an exaggeration. Only your area maybe.

My area in Melaka Poslaju always first, 2nd Ninja, 3rd J&T. Plus my exp with J&T always delayed, item supposed to reach today will reach next day with reasons such as kenot reach.

I think Shopee Express is seriously overloaded. Best to avoid them for now. Others are still ok. JnT maybe running extra 1 or 2 days. Shopee Express has one parcel not moving since the 21st. Will have to see how they do with 2 other parcels.

Mine was delivered later that day itself. The update for ninja van can’t be trusted.

I fail to claim voucher.....shopee app pop up says
" activate shopee pay to use this voucher" . When I click on this...it brings me to shopee pay page. My current bal is RM13

Same here, 4 accounts also. Shopee banned all 4 of them sometime last year. One was verified, the other 3 not. Had to proof to them that we all actually live at the address.

What proof did u provide them?

They asked for IC. You're allowed to blank out the IC number. They wanted the name and the address.
