installment probably need to wait until your billing statement to see. otherwise call your bank directly to enquire.

Already got two installments in my bills, but I never pay la. I will wait for 7-14 days first otherwise they will just tell me the same thing.

Actually iinm for installment refund u will get back the lumpsum amount shown in the statement.

eg. total is RM1000 and installment is RM83.34, for refund u wont see +RM83.34 but u see +RM1000

If already 2 installment something is wrong.

Just saw a new transactions, instead of (+) it's (-) of the remaining installment amount. So i guess the next step they will refund the full in green to balance the sheet i guess?

if still (-) means not yet refunded. it shouldnt that so long. go bug shopee and if they say already refunded ask them give proof and approval code.
