Same issue happened to me on 27 Dec. Managed to claimed voucher at midnight, but can't use it during checkout...

But because I already topup my ShopeePay and I don't bother to wait another night for another voucher, I just pay the bill without voucher.

And yeah, they created a new order every time I select Internet & Voice menu. But I assume they already fixed that because it doesn't happen anymore.

And guess what? Today suddenly my successful payment was cancelled because "payment was not received"... and refunded to ShopeePay bangwall.gif Good thing my bill due date is next week..

Prolly can try again for the voucher tonight hopefully you can get the 10% rebate. I clicked Order Received 5 minutes after Unifi App notified me about the payment and received SMS from TM.

Yes it's glitchy.

I thought 10% discount is already ended (30/12), but RM3 discount (transaction RM10) for digital goods will end on 31/12.

Anyone can claim the rm15 free shipping voucher ya? It showed 'shop now' but when try to use it on checkout but does not has this voucher :/

After applying two 50% discount vouchers for 11st Street shop RM70 Body Scrub in the end I still need to pay RM17.23? Kinda feel cheapskate today lol so I let it go.

Shopee removed the general rm40 free shipping voucher? The one I have only applies to Shopee mall sellers.
