That 10% percent rebate voucher is quite glitchy on my end here. At 12.00 it says fully redeemed. Reloading att 12.05 the voucher says Use but I couldn't find it during checkout. After reloading the page many times at 12.09 then only the voucher showed up to claim on payment page. 😑

But because I already topup my ShopeePay and I don't bother to wait another night for another voucher, I just pay the bill without voucher.
And yeah, they created a new order every time I select Internet & Voice menu. But I assume they already fixed that because it doesn't happen anymore.
And guess what? Today suddenly my successful payment was cancelled because "payment was not received"... and refunded to ShopeePay
