donno.. its updated in shopee notification, parcel damaged held in jnt hub. maybe when arrived hub already damaged (bought 6x 1L milk). it did not arrived to me yet.
yep, in the noti it ask me to request refund.

the order milk in separated order arrived successfully.
even the courier man already me.. some times they call if no one at home and i just ask them to place behind the post box wall inside gate.

oh so thats different case altogether. J&T admitted they have screwed up your milk delivery and ask Shopee to ask you to request refund.

My situation is, buyer found the item spoilt once delivered to his home. He requested refund from Shopee & J&T, they give million excuses to avoid refund. Thats J&T delivery for you. This is what I want to share to all people. You have been warned.

J&T donno why no more to Sabah. Last time most can choose JT or POslaju.
Seller without poslaju become no send to Sabah.

Exactly what I experienced (Sibu, Sarawak).

We do have JnT branches in town, but somehow I can’t use JnT as checkout courier. Seller which use only JnT courier can no longer be purchased from.
