I doubt how true the CS telling, I request to create a report for this issue but CS do not want to do so and ask me to wait with blank promise and ask me to call back if still not revert back to my account tomorrow. I already bought without using the voucher to avoid the price revert to original price. Hopefully they keep their promise bruce.gif

omg. i just tried it just now and this happened to me too!!!
Worst thing is that Shopee Mobile app showed me failed again. And no order but CC got charged. really.

My order stucked in 'to pay'
I called maybank they say tramsacted they cant do anything. Need to call shopee tomorrow.

The fark thing is i did not enter the 6digit code but it is transacted. Wtfark this shopee

Mine is worst. It's transaction failed, no OTP, just saying that I need to register OTP card bla bla. And yes, I am also using Maybank CC.
And then my item is still in the cart, it's not even registered in "TO PAY" section. And voila, received SMS saying that I have been charged. vmad.gif

Don't know if that's going to help. Cause I already left that page. Urgh.
But I do pm them on Facebook. Seems like Maybank cannot help???? I thought they can cancel unauthorized transactions?
