anyone able to make payment via MBB credit card on shopee now?

This year today , system error.
I expect delivery problem may occur.Seller though payment made and shipped out but later bounce back.

All seller better hold on until Tuesday only shipped , don't ship tomorrow until confirm.

facing the same issue as my cc already debited twice for the payment transaction and no record with shoppee for that payment

Failed to pay and suddenly got SMS that the payment successful..checked my online banking and yes, the same payment amount has been debited

So, already done my job by sending email to shoppee for clarification regarding of my payment, send email to Hong Leong to complaint how they authorized the payment eventhough I not even key in the tac number!!!

And the best part already log the complaint with BNM on the unauthorized payment issue by the Bank...the tac should be the mechanism to protect customer but in this case definitely customer at risk, just imagine someone know your bank/card info use this opportunity to manipulate your account/card make the purchase.

In the social media, there are a lot of complain can be read that the bank asked the customer to liaise directly with shoppe to resolved the issue and this is not fair to the customer

If in the first place, the tac mechanism by the bank is ok, collapse during the glitch, this issue will not happen

Now just waiting for their reply and if this issue is not resolved, maybe can report it to the ministry

Relax man lets see what happens in the morning. I didn't even check if my payment went through after I got the failed page No need to add stress to life

hehe...not too stressful but still need to get the feedback on what happen with the payment...if go through twice I'm ok as the item can be give away but if not, it will stressful as already gathered all item for a month for today event and the best part, mostly of the item already not available now haha

what's shopee policy on electronic products? say if the item i purchased is not original, is it possible to report to shopee and claim refund?

u can try but i dont think shopee will sided u on the dispute

first the price is suspiciously low
this seller is quite new and not a preferred seller
100% ori can means refurbished too
and make sure it's LOCAL warranty...not those grey import

my advice is do chat first with the seller
make sure it's NEW and got local warranty

at least when dispute arise...
you got a proof to provide
that seller is lying based on chat history

Called maybank this morning, indeed got 2 charges from shopee but it was reversed out
Went back to shopee, add cc again. This time it charges Rm1 and ask to enter msos code
Once done, it added the card then I was able to proceed with my payment ok.
