Internal Server Error 500 and there goes my free shipping voucher and code

Those who wanna buy philips product maybe wanna reconsider buying from their official store.
Bought a shaver from Philips Official Store Shopee on 7th Nov and already 9 days haven't even ship.
The response from their chat takes 1-2 days and they give their generic nonsense that they will ship within 3-5 working days but already 7 working days.
Even my other items from 11.11 already arrived, I guess I'm just waiting for the system to auto cancel

If system auto cancel, after that still can rate?
I'm not sure bcos didnt encounter product cancellation in shopee before

Anyone here experience these issue in shopee?
1. When I add credit card under Account settings > Credit Card, the card appears there but doesn't appear at payment method page, have to key in again to register during check out
2. The list of credit card inside Account settings is different from the Payment page.
3. Cannot remove old credit cards in payment page

Edit: Solved, can delete if access account setting using webpage. Maybe the app is a little buggy
