My nearest is ParcelHub. So far so good. Only thing is they don't open on Sunday. Now the Shoppee Express guy know already and don't attempt to deliver on Sundays.

in my world, next day delivery means we as the "seller" must ship by the next business day. No guarantee when customers receive the goods. So you need to looky see shoppee's Next Day Delivery T&C if you haven't. Now i'm sure shoppee's T&C are favorable to them and by agreeing to use shoppee, you agree to their T&C.

if cannot collect, at least inform the collection point to try extend the holding period. As long as they dont initiate return, maybe system won't cancel.

i think depends on seller. Got my refund without returning after sending video to seller. Little point returning cap palang stuffs because no one will repair it.

Very well explained. Couldn't have said it better myself. I felt the same too with them vouchers.

In addition, back in those days, offline prices for things I buy were cheaper than online. Now they made it same as online or higher.

Apparently, many Buy First, Cancel Later if find a better deal. So some sellers are quick to process your order. Once processed, you're at the seller's mercy.

did you record any proof that a wrong product was shipped to you? Some seller require uninterrupted video recording from before you unpack your item.

I also have a relative who was under-shipped (less that ordered), but was able to challenge based on courier's weighing.

They're right. It means frees shippeeng voucher finish already, i.e. you were too slow.

New trick from shoppee - used coins are only reflected about 1-2 hours later. Once you max out, you have to wait 25-26 hours before you can use them again instead of 24 hours.

My Lazada free shipment from Puchong to KL took over 10 days, stuck in Lazada warez house.

J&T in my area in KL is simply perfect. I know many condemn J&T in other areas/states.

Seems like Self Collection received tremendous interest. Now a lot of points are either missing or hidden based on my location. From KL, nearest collection point is SS2 and all the way to Klang.

I managed but they somehow killed off my free shippeeng right before I rushed to pay. End up having to pay for shippeeng, still not too bad for a net $8 coinback after deducting shippeeng. Meanwhile, my neighbor said that free shippeeng is available for a very long period of time.
