Personally, i also do not like the increase to a 6.4" screen. The 5T is already slightly too big. This bigger screen plus still using a 1080p screen makes it even more pixelated. I will wait for the OP7 and hope for good news. Furthermore most companies are adopting interesting finihses and colours like huawei but OP is still using dull black and grey.
Wait for the Limited editions and colors to launch right after the first batch. As usual, you will have the Limited Edition, the red and white very soon.
sometimes u might think that 3.5mm jack is not important...but when u need it, and u forgot to bring to dongle, which i experienced it when using mix 2s...it is really frustrating
Exactly this. Nothing wrong with Including a jack. If you prefer bluetooth just use it, but sometimes you happen to want to use wired headphones.
Price of the OP6 wouldn't drop much. By the time OP6T begins sellings, stocks for the OP6 would not be much left as Oneplus has long stopped production of the OP6.
Maybe headphone jack is related with IP rating. Who knows right
According to OnePlus and reviewers, they ditched the headphone jack because it was taking up space without making the phone any bulkier and heavier that it already has. I can see why, the headphone jack is largely archaic by today's standards and no one bothered to trim it down apart from the 2.5mm sized jack that virtually no manufacturers bothered with. In fact, the last device I ever used that featured a 2.5mm jack was the Motorola E398, afterwards I have never seen any mobile devices ever used the 2.5mm standard.
The market want slimmer and sleeker devices but with more and improved features as the years go by and the only way without looking like a huge brick is removing those "dead weight" components that either have another more modern substitute or no one really bothered with. Same thing like how removable batteries and even FM radio functionality are hard to find in even flagship phones these day.

been waiting for 6t, but thaf fingerprint reader is a really big NO for me
I would agree on this, in-display fingerprint scanner a.k.a. optical fingerprint scanner are more of a gimmicky feature currently. The technology just isn't mature and on par with physical fingerprint scanner yet.
I would much rather wait to see what Qualcomm and Samsung have been cooking up once they finalized their ultrasonic fingerprint scanner technology that they have worked on for so long. They claim it's going to be more secure and perform faster than any current fingerprint scanners.

yeah. since it uses screen lights to scan your fingerprint it would be quite annoying to use at night, face unlock not working mostly, and the screen needs to increase brightness to scan your fingerprint.

It's also a lot less secure than physical fingerprint scanners and even IR face scanners not to mention slower. You must almost have pinpoint precision when touching the on-screen fingerprint area in order for the optical sensor to scan your print.
