My housing area scanner is not ignoring the rfid tag... It caused me couldn't enter/exit the housing area...haiz

Same here. The TnG RFID is interfering with my house rfid tag. Before installing TnG RFID enter and exit no issue takes only 1 scan, after installed, it takes the scanner around 3-4 scans before it manages to get the correct RFID info.

I bought a new RFID tag and did the registration. However the status shown in app is "rejected". Any solutions ? Unable to reach the helpline.

Go to fitment center & see if they can help?

Bring ur m16 to their fitment centre ba.. should get settled quickly lol... After all the entire goal of RFID is to grab your cash. Why would anyone bother to provide after sales service.

My 2nd tag just arrived last week in case the original kong, but the build quality essentially is taobao.cn shit level crap. Goes a long way to show our future proofing topkek

Can peel it off directly. Other than that, you need to use their website https://rfid.touchngo.com.my/ to do anything more

Yes I already peel off, when I log in they tng website doesn’t show my car number plate or any other car

Just sharing with everybody - I installed the RFID on a plastic sticker, and pasted it from the inside of the front left windshield - similar to how I stick my roadtax. It works on my Car + Llumar Tint without any perceptible delay. Your mileage may vary though

Any idea why RFID tolls are not all the way to the right?

I hate using it sometimes as I have change many lanes to get to RFID that's sandwiched between TnG and SMARTtag

Depends on plaza tolls. Sometimes they put in the middle, sometimes on the rightmost lane. Like Setia Alam toll it's on the rightmost lane, at Damansara it's in the middle.

They are in cahoots with car workshop and want to create accident when cars change lane near toll booth

How do i get my RFID sticker replaced for free as it is damage from sun exposure?

Last Monday, RFID toll at Putra Mahkota all stuck and need plus assistance there to help. luckily Im with old smart tag and the lane is clear

RFID's PLUS rollout is terrible

But new users have to share the blame too. Those who drive in too fast, follow too close, don't make sure their ewallet got enough balance, make sure they masuk correct lane, no RFID still want to masuk RFID lane, or masuk RFID keluar TnGO lane... those cannot blame the system. It's user problem

Was thinking to start using RFID, then I noticed some of the cars were reversing & re-entering multiple times at the RFID toll... Really stressful to see that happening during high traffic. Perhaps its just some specific area punya toll gates? Hopefully once I add it, it goes smooth at the toll gates!!

Many ppl place the sticker on the wrong place. That's the main reason. I've seen some cars having the sticker on the right-side top corner of the windscreen. It is clearly written to place the sticker on the left side of the car
