But also heard someone had the contact from the hiring manager himself. So everything was pretty fast. Not sure how often that happens. Probably the hiring manager is having urgent need? |

halo I got offer hired by by 3rd party company working for petict for offshore project. is it normal for daily rate with nothing benefit given etc etc like normal contract direct hire? is this nowadays normal practice?
