Just tried to pay my Unifi bill via the POS PAM at KLCC, and noticed that there is no such option to choose under Unifi.
Did they remove the Unifi of it was never been there before?

sad.gifsad.gifsad.gif

* one more charges that I can not get 5% from Amex weekend cb.
*
No Unifi / TM at posonline (should be same to PAM).

You can always pay Unifi account at Lazada and Airpay (Shopee Bill Payment). Max 5 payments to the same Unifi account in a calendar month. For Airpay transactions, -25% with Shopee Coins capped at 3000 coins per 24 hours (separate quota for Shopee transactions).

Also ekiosk at TM Points may still accept Amex (long time I don't use it). You can also pay at M2U to TM Technology to get 5% weekend CB (NO 8% CB for Ikhwan Amex).

Thinking to reapply this card.

- Do we get CB for direct usage at Shopee and Lazada?
- Is it still cannot cancel the visa/mc?
- Any sign-up campaign?

You have a credit line from Maybank Islamic already. If you do not have a credit line for Maybank (Conventional banking) CC, your application for M2 CC will likely be rejected!
Don't apply at M2U Online Application.

No, but they support GrabPay if you know why 😁

Not sure if Jaya Grocer accept Duitnow QR or not.
Like Oriental Kopi, Ecoshop, the POS can display a pink Duitnow QR, then can use ShopeePay to scan and pay (but Shopee Coins not allowed, Spaylater not allowed)

POS online accept SPL?
If yes then this is even a better choice than PAM.
*
Not all the billers.
Eg Sarawak Energy @ posonline - Yes
But TNB @ posonline - No.

Will the biller receive the full payment amount?

For example, when I pay RM 100 for DBKL Assessment Bill via SPayLater on posonline website, will DBKL website reflect the full RM 100 for my payment of DBKL Assessment Bill?

Thank you.
*
I am paying RM120 per day (ShopeePay/Spaylater RM90 + 3000 coins). I check the outstanding balance (reducing) at Pay@KL App. Need a few days to update.

Last time every RM40/day could earn 300 Shopee Coins. Now no more.

Thanks for suggesting posonline + SPL for DBKL.

On a sidenote, do you know how we can see if payment is reflected in DBKL? My first assessment payment is RM2k+ and I'm thinking of paying in tranches rather than one lumpsum in case something goes wrong....

Pay@KL App (Mobis)
Need a few days to update the outstanding balance.
You can print out the DBKL bill as well.

gais...ask opinion....previously i know if we apply directly via Maybank website, the success rate is extremely low....and recommended to send physically....

i'm wondering now if we send via email, will it work too or high rejection rate as well? Thanks!
*
You send by email, human will check through your documents.

You submit at M2U, the Artificial Intelligence check the documents. If your income is very high, the AI expect you to apply for premier card, can be rejected if you apply for low end cards.

Any fees/charges when pay with Spaylater on Pos? Never done before
*
Monthly fee 1.5%
But if you choose to pay in full in next Spaylater bill, it is waived (ie 0%) since January 2024.

I'm thinking to use AMEX (5% CB) or PBB CC for this E-commerce campaign (Fri-Sun) to make the booking at Agoda.

Using PBB CC, would like to make sure the transaction day is Friday and want to secure a "spot" for the cashback so the earlier the better..
*
Not sure it is online or direct debit (then no CB for PB CC)
No need 3D/OTP verification.
Not "MY", can be SG, ES or other country code. So 1% Cross Border Fee for some credit cards (Maybank and PB not yet charge cross border fee). Avoid CIMB, HLB, Bigpay, SC.
The "Transaction Date" can be a later date, not always the date you give credit card details to Agoda, especially you choose to pay later.
I prefer RHB VS, because it is a Overseas transaction (not "MY").

mega_shok.gif  Oh! It could even be considered as a non-Ecommerce transaction? I thought as long as we perform transaction online then it is an E-commerce transaction...

I had no idea about this 1% cross border fee, shouldn't we just pay what we see at the final price stated? I am not planning to use Pay Later option since it might incur additional 5% fee (whatever fee it is) but pay now option. Does this makes any difference to the cross border fee?
*
Not all e-comm transaction are online, you may give credit card details to the merchant, they can charge/debit your credit card account later.

Cross Border Fee
https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2519936

Eg you charge RM1000 to AGODA.COM SINGAPORE SG using CIMB CC, the transaction amount is RM1000, the billed amount is RM1010.
Maybank and PB don't charge 1% fee at this moment.

I just did a check on the CB out of curiosity. Looked at the last 4 months and i noted always I am shortchanged of 2-3 sen on the CB. Have you checked yours? or am i missing something?

CB/state is the CB i got based on the monthly statement, CB/act is based on the 5% calculation based on my actual spent (act exp) and the diff....

Noted. I assume for the 10%, I don't need to do anything, it will automatically appear? So max is RM 200-20?

200-20 FCFS, still available this morning.

25/4 voucher -30% capped at -RM8

Thanks! Is there a typo here? RM 38? Then RM 32-8?

Anyway, luckily it accepts SPL, I can pay my TNB bill in advance now at the PAM kiosk. Been waiting for the chance.

Dear all, I have a question. I just purchased something online around near to 12pm today, which is Saturday. The transaction is in USD. By any chance can kena if the other side is US and still Friday and my transaction won't qualify as weekend?
Thanks!
*
Very straightforward.
You check the "Transaction Date" when posted.
If the "Transaction Date" is Friday, then you earn 5x Treatpoints.

Unlikely that spend today will posted today except Maybank terminal though.
*
Most (not all) of local transactions ("MY") will be posted on the same day, doesn't matter the terminal/gateway is Maybank or any other banks. Because Maybank is Amex's exclusive partner in Malaysia.

Tune Protect accept Spaylater (then settled by Amex), but I bought Travel Insurance (not sure Car Insurance).
