And, the interest is 9% p.a. right?
Means, [(RM 2000 x 0.09) + (RM 2000)] / 12, is my monthly installment right?

And, how does the monthly payment work? Saw someone said first month will be (166.67)+(180) ?

I made my purchase in Sephora online website (Beauty In Motion Sdn Bhd MY in the statement) on 5/9/2020 ( Saturaday) around 3:43AM (Malaysia time) with my M2C AMEX platinum....

But today i checked my transaction history showed transaction done on 4/9/2020 (Friday) instead.... I called up the CS and she told me to wait until end of the month and see....I could read the 1st post in this thread that the cashback is based on the TRANSACTION DATE and POSTING DATE is just to determine which month your cashback credit into.

I argued with the CS and the CS told me she will find out and call back this Friday.....

Anyone experience the same thing before??? Managed to get the bank to issue the cashback??

Did Maybank online transaction must be done on certain time (eg after 8am of the day) then only considered as transaction on that day??

Wonder how am I going to pay celcom bill with amex to earn cashback? So far I don’t mind any online channel to do so?

Yeah good news for me since I buy a lot from Shopee.

However, reload to ShopeePay sure no cash back and without ShopeePay payment, most of the shipping vouchers cannot be applied.

Good if weekend CB > Shipping charge + discount/rebate (ShopeePay)
Shipping voucher is not needed for digital goods eg Food vouchers, bill payment, mobile reload, Setel credit RM7/RM50/RM100. But I am not sure if the payment is eligible for weekend cashback.

Another issue is the good days are not always on Sat or Sun.

may I know does anyone able to use AMEX for paying bill/reload Prepaid on Shopee?

I have my AMEX card saved into Shopee,
and I'm able to use my AMEX to checkout item.

But when I come to bill payment and prepaid reload,
Shopee always showing "Oppss Payment failed",
in the meanwhile,
Maybank APP pushed notification mentioned that amount is charged
(The transaction didn't PO after 2 days)

For Fave, will the transaction be posted on the same date?
Just spent on Fave using the M2Amex card and takut the posting date falls after 28 Feb then I will not be entitled for cashback?

try not to use maybank card overseas , they currency conversion charges should be highest among other as i know amex charge 2.5% ...... if u really force to use credit card in atm while overseas......use other bank because normally they conversion fees 1-1.5%
