no, some insurance company such as kurnia can direct buy roadtax from them after buying the insurance, but everytime they force me to buy truck roadtax which is RM20 higher than normal sedan roadtax, i choose to buy from myeg instead

doesn't matter local or malaysia time, as long as you got no cb if your txn time is sat/sun in malaysia, you still can appeal for it

Most of F&B places now accept Favepay or ewallets which may give >3% cashback/reward. Majority won't accept Amex, and most of those accepting Amex are not contactless-ready!

Maybe Shopee purpsoely don't want to fix it.

I'm reluctant to use ewallets where I can't move my money out like TnG. I tried it for awhile but it's better to just use cards. Even Jaya Grocer (JG) doesn't accept contactless even though they accept Amex. It's probably because they don't have the Maybank terminal. I tried slapping it a few times while they weren't looking closely at the card and the transaction didn't go through. I noticed that they use a mix of CIMB and Hong Leong. Afaik only the Maybank terminals can carry out contactless Amex payments. Watsons does and they definitely uses Maybank from my receipt earlier today. It's why I shop there so often. Might reduce my spending there since I can topup TnG at JG instead even though I gotta use old school pin.
Just ask CS for new cards lah. Should be free.
