Now they add in restrictions... slowly slowly slowly...

So after revised, weekend topup boost still entitle 5% rebate right?

Only those transactions with MCC 9399 - Government Services ( Not Elsewhere Classified)?

Hi guys, wanna ask after the new revision of Gold Cards AMEX, we no longer have treatpoints during weekends.

So how do you guys utilize the weekend cashback at the same time earn the treatpoints?

I wanted to earn at least 20k Treatpoints to get the SST waived, but to do that I need to swipe at least RM4k on weekdays now to get the 5x Treatpoints for AMEX.

Is spending on weekdays to get the treatpoints worth the afford? Or is it advised that we suck it up and just pay the SST when the time comes?

Hi to all Sifu, anyone knows how to maximize the amex cash back now that we cannot get the 5% for utilities fees or any government link companies?

Maybank darn stringent even for temporary credit limit increase, max is 2x for my case and need to appeal or reapply thru call to CS.

On another side note, I'm happy banks are rejecting my mortgage loan due to multiple 0% BTs and high credit limit utilization. If they think I'm not qualified for mortgage loan, they have a valid reason, can't wait to get back the refund for my booking fee.
