i bought 1 monitor from 11street (1 2 week back)

seller told me that 11street didnt give him payment since jun

in the end he request me to cancel order ..then direct COD at his shop (because seller is same area with me) ..lol

After I back from Everest if still haven't transfer, I report pulis.

11street is just a selling / buying platform.

So I sell stuff there, they take a portion of fee + payment gateway fee, and the nett will be transfer to your bank account.

In this case, they took portion of fee + gateway fee and didn't transfer the nett amount back to me for almost a month from settlement date. If you read my timeline, I already follow up 4 times with email and twice with phone call.

Well "seller" can be an issue too.

Like my case, bought a phone from Zone88, sent me a pariah watch. WTF? Request for exchange, took Zone88 ages to respond, but kudos to 11th street to keep following up and updating me.

Pariah watch return to Zone88, which I need to bear the shipping cost and time consumed.

Well, if not 11th, I guess money burned.

Zone88, you are one shit seller, as you don't apologize nor make it up for the buyer.

Yes, but in my case, buyer has already acknowledged item received in Good condition and gave Good review. So buyer part there settled, the only now is between me as seller and 11street.

I guess it's about time I raise awareness about this case so other sellers will be aware of what's going on. Not sure if this was isolated incident or widespread one.

In your case, is it paid on the Payment date you saw in the Seller dashboard or it is delayed?
