Well "seller" can be an issue too.
Like my case, bought a phone from Zone88, sent me a pariah watch. WTF? Request for exchange, took Zone88 ages to respond, but kudos to 11th street to keep following up and updating me. Pariah watch return to Zone88, which I need to bear the shipping cost and time consumed. Well, if not 11th, I guess money burned. Zone88, you are one shit seller, as you don't apologize nor make it up for the buyer. Rant finished. |
