The F1 does not have official A12 stock Global/China ROM. So, the "Cook" takes the closest kernel to the F1 (most probably from Mi8).

Hence, the update for A12 EU ROM has to be done manually (like any other Custom ROMs).

Last time, when the EU ROM was officially developed by See-How-Me EU Community, all updates is via OTA, just like the official stock Global ROMs. But now, since the F1 is labeled as EOL, the last EU ROM was MIUI version 12.0.3 based on China Stable Android 11. No more OTA after that.

Don't use AccuBattety app. It is a lousy app. It cannot "compile" or "accumulate" SoT from the last charge(s). The SoT is separated into many sessions which is confusing and not accurate.

Better use GSam Battery Monitor app. It has graphs to monitor deep sleep and rouge apps (if any). The SoT report is 100% accurate and equals to stock Android Battery usage / report.

Pixel experience is still the best rom so far

true the fully featured rom is quite good
not as bloated like MIUI but you can also heads up to the xda-developers to see if they have android12's rom

yup, still using it as my daily phone.

Owh yeah! I'm actually planning to change the battery again in 2023. Not planning to change the phone until Malaysia gets nationwide 5G coverage.
