Tried it at midvalley just now...

The 64GB version can dual app n second space. But the 128GB version, there is no such option in the settings menu. Maybe other forums can check too.

BTW, u can just get R5p for Pokemon. Half the price compare to poco. And stil get your dual app Pokémon n dual space.

Anyone face camera issue?
I was testing the phone in DirectD in 1U. But the camera is so slow to focus. I try to open the camera app, then quickly touch to focus and then quickly take a shot. It will freeze for few seconds before taking the photo. Delay 99. And not sure is it because of the lighting in the shop. The photo taken wasn't that good either.

On the way to the shop, I tested Nokia 7 and Zenfone 5z , it seems better. (not sure if it's related to screen or the lighting though)

I can confirm that. My Redmi Note 3 also have GPS issue

If I dont care about gaming at all. and all I care about are 1. Camera and 2. battery life at affordable price
If this phone still a good buy? Because I tested at DirectD at One U. It seems really take quite bad photo?

The Poco auto mode doesn't like lowlight conditions (even slightly lowlight lol) that's probably why. It does kinda fine in manual mode though. Also, it's not entirely unfixable with updates so it might get better moving forward, and you can always go GoogleCam once a port is out (for a slight improvement).

If you care more about photos I'd say the 5(z)'s wide angle shooter (and slightly better sensors/algorithms) is of better value... IF Asus actually gets to squashing out more of the firmware bugs.

I mean, I don't like MIUI any more then the next Android snob (lol), but for sure it's more well built and stable then what Asus has in the 5(z) IMHO. But again, this is also fixable... if Asus cares enough to do it consistently.

If you can hold your desire to buy this phone, I would say you should. Until the camera is confirmed fix by software update, then you can buy it later.

This phone is bad in low light condition, even using tripod. Manual mode also need to test all to get better picture.

Battery life so far very good for me, that's what I like about Miui.

+Just tested Poco F1. Yeah really this phone is meant for performance and gaming, really worth to get. For that reason then can buy. Other than that not my liking.

-Screen quality very bad, color very bad, overall faded not saturated color. Other midrange Xiaomi device has better screen quality than this within same IPS LCD. For media consumption like YouTube or watch online drama, anime, movie doesn't look nice.

-Camera memang so so saja but given it is this price point so it is considered good.

-Design material and color doesn't matter, put on a case apa pun tak nampak dy.

Overall it is a good phone to use if main usage is gaming only and daily driver.

Well kinda, but even the 8 doesn't have the wide angle lens the 5z has. Which WILL be pretty useful over any form of telephoto (or... God forbid, depth sensing) everybody else has, trust me.

Unfortunately, Asus firmware is meh like I said earlier, at an OS level. They're currently fixing it though (a new update came a few days back) and if they continue filling in the holes it should be a decent soon.

Also, Asus warranty. Errr...

My previous few Mi phone can display on the front page without pull down the notification bar. Hope Mi include this next update.
