Nilai and Sepang not as near to KL/PJ like Semenyih.

Semenyih nearer to KL/PJ.

Furthermore Sepang not as developed as Semenyih.

all depends on budget and timing.

When starting new job? expecting kids soon? your are ready to fork out the SE2 payments? or include house furnishing budget?

If not mistaken, clarus is much more expensive.

Amarus price seems to be quite cheap. Seldom u can get a landed in township with this price

Semenyih is not developed..it is just an old town redevelop.
in nilai / sepang they are really new town

Haha...good to heard from you...I’m stay Genting Kelang quitennear Wangsa Maju...lol
I’m buyer for Banyas 2...already collected the key and planning start renovation and move in soon

after long consideration, in the end purchase a unit of barras, for investment..

not sure gonna lose money or not, but lets see how, lol

Investment should buy subsale in Ecohill 1, Ecohill 2 takes longer time because of slow development by EcoMajestic.
