is a very simple issue.. that road belongs to EM.. if SP wants to use this road just pay. Why shud they allow them FOC?

huh? If u mean physically check, u can't do that until VP day, otherwise, all relevant receipts been posted to me in good order b4 the vp letter came...

In SPA only mention "ready for connection", not "already connected". Normally TNB is fast, Syabas is a bit slow.. Normally within one month after VP, both should be "already connected". |
