I would recommend you to go and feel for yourself the environment at the Chorus project site.

Authorities have been taking action against the buffalo farm after people have been complaining about the smell in the past.

I have been frequently having dinner after work around eco majestic shoplots area & experienced quite alot of times foul animal feeds smell coming from the beranang factories area. All the way towards the factory area passing thru SEH2 i believe.
If i am not mistaken, there is a thai big factory producing animal feeds there

Staying in Eminent Residence for more than 2 years. No regret moving here. The area just received Mbkj approval for gated guarded operation. Soon there will be auto access gate and cctv installation.

Can see the Nadi new shop lots when come in from Majestic Toll. Next time don't know got direct access to the road to majestic toll or need to use swan roundabout

Seh2 thread pretty quiet. I suppose no new impetus coming to ecohill/Semenyih? Latedt impetus will be Nadi and also Eco Majestic labs which will ncrease amenities here.

Also I ealised ecohill 2 master plan has been changed. It used to be more semidees and clusters near the big piece of undeveloped land nx to adventure park but now changed to 80% 20x70. Not a great sign. Demand slowing for ecohill and they need to compete with Mahsing

Its been 10 years alrdy for ecohill and Eco Majestic. Things should start to get exciting.
