Thinking of this but the HTC and the surroundings make.it very challenging for me to consider. Any thoughts from wise forumners?

Seh2 thread pretty quiet. I suppose no new impetus coming to ecohill/Semenyih? Latedt impetus will be Nadi and also Eco Majestic labs which will ncrease amenities here.

Also I ealised ecohill 2 master plan has been changed. It used to be more semidees and clusters near the big piece of undeveloped land nx to adventure park but now changed to 80% 20x70. Not a great sign. Demand slowing for ecohill and they need to compete with Mahsing

Its been 10 years alrdy for ecohill and Eco Majestic. Things should start to get exciting.

Bring in a new hospital. And a university.

Thats nice. Are you currently stayin in seh2? How is it? Workin in kl? I checked the distance to trx. Its no longer than going to gamuda gardens rawang. Similar.

From ekve I see that there are 2 links... one u have to exit the ampang town interchange but then have to take the trunk road to connect to suke. Second, go till the end of ekve (exit ukay perdana) and there is a direct link to mrr2. But this will be a roundabout way to go klcc......

Anyybody has the latest on this? This is important.

Anybody knows?

If buy SEH 2 house from original owner (subsale) but still within 2 year defect liability periid, will Spsetia still do the defects for the new owner?

Reputable developers do esp since the rectificarion is borne by the developer's maincon.

Cant brlieve the security fee is only rm50 per month. Not overbearing and very sustainable.

Hope the Pines Avenue in South Creek (next to Farina series) will be as exciting as the Eco Majestic City. It should be. SP Setia, pls up your game!

I havent started living. But the plastering, wall alignment, tiles all look very good. I am very particular about alignment, no waves in walls, tiles alignment etc

I havent tested waterproofing though

What are usually the problems as you sound very cynical.

Im always in a quandary between seh1 and 2.

Heard that the earlier phases of seh1 are mostly tenanted hence a more unkempt look overall. Whereas seh2 is more owmer occupier and so less of that.

Any phases do you recommend for seh11 near the clubhouse?

Thanks for the input. Unavoidable congestion when township is almost complete.

I always thought that setia ecohill would be a success if the 2 companies dont fight and cannabalise each other. 3 townships seh, seh2 and em launching houses st the same time! How not to create oversupply?

More than 10 years have gone by and really its amazing that so many commercial areas have been built and start to be built. The road infra is amazing. Parks are amazing. All in 10 years which is an amazing feat.

The only question is whether it can attract big boys commercial players to enter the fray. Time will tell.

Really think the props here are undervalued conpared to rawang etc

I think seh and em are clouded by their past- endless launches of seh, em, seh 2 by the 2 developers trying to kill each other but end up cannibalising each other sales and encouraging speculative purchases which benefited no one. This led to stagnant prices due to the supply. Buy it also meant many amenities and commercial shoplots are already ready. You are buying at 2013 prices when all these are alrdy ready. Highway direct links to lekas, direct links from seh to em to seh2, Seh mall, seh shoplots, the crazy amount of em shoplots, em mall/park, jaya grocer, seh club, chinese school, tenby, seh2 huge Nadi shoplots... another few more years should fil up the vacancies of em and seh houses... as they have no more lands to build.

Once populations increase, more.amenities should come, hospitals etc

With the ekve now open, it completes the township.

But it is still far from kl. But which new township isnt?

Setia ecohill 1.

I just saw setia ecohill semidees. They are in pretty bad shape after 10 yrs. Wall cracks in hundreds of places, the exterior facade is greenish black due to water leakage, car porch tiles broken... workmanship is bad. Sp should repair these.

They need the japs to come in to restore their reputation and add a touch of class to othereise a dilapidated gated area. The class has been lost to eco majestic long time ago.

But its good news for seh and eco m. We need affluent to move in. If we dont have that, then its just another rural development.
