The best news ever for today, my PBB VS card has been approved! Sunggulah terharu! Finally after almost 3 years of trying for various PBB cards.

They didn't receive any application for Quantum... Err. But it's OK, I will apply that later.

Let me get the card first, then slowly do whatever I want. I have no words to express after heard from IVR that my application is approved.
I thought no hope already because nobody calls me until today for any verification...

I guess better late than never, though VS' benefits have been revised for few times already.

I applied via RinggitPlus, submitted everything on Monday's evening (24.09.18).
PBB CS said they only received my application on 27.09.18 and ever since that day until this morning's status was "Your application is pending for documentation". Earlier checked with CS if it's pending for any documents from my end, CS said no, just waiting for approval/rejection and asked me to wait until this Thursday.

Last Friday checked CCRIS and it showed on 04.10.18 and "Pending".

Simply tried checking IVR in today's afternoon and surprised to hear: "Your application has been approved".

That's all, I didn't do anything extra.

Income requirement is not an issue for me, now or then but I was probably too highly committed for PBB's assessment.

Finally, after late for few years. I have so many to learn from you all. I haven't drilled into and read about the weekly cash back but a glance through at recent posts shows there are issues in getting cash back?

Yeah, I hope so. Will sign up once I get my card. Not sure they will use normal mail or courier but I shall expect its arrival within this week or early next week.

Two days ago, my friend sent me a screenshot of her receiving cash back for week 8-10, looking at the dates of crediting, it seems they were credited after she appealed and she spent on her BP reloads. She got for week 8, 9 on 1.10 and week 10 on 5.10. Normal? I'm not sure because I don't know how this thing works.

I see, now I got it. She was a bit upset because she didn't get any cash back for past few weeks. I guess this round she got three weeks in a row, she wanna show to me it's back to normal for her.

I supposed so because she always asks me for CC matters but since I don't have PBB, I can't advise her.

This morning received approval SMS and my CCRIS is also updated and I could see the CL now, pretty generous as a starter.

Make sure you confirm with RP CS if you are applying more than one card. My case, I already amended the form and CS called to confirm my application which I told her, I'm applying for both VS and Quantum yet at the end PBB only received my VS application. Thank God it was VS that being approved because I can easily add Quantum now, just added via PBB CS and will send to me in 1-2 weeks.

Quantum MC also has online cash back, that's the reason I applied for Quantum too on top of VS.
For PPL, yeah a bonus for me in addition to a few of my cards from other banks which give PPL accesses.

Got my card, activated and registered for PBe as well. I recalled I did have one CASA account with them before, now dormant with PBe account but I forgot the login ID.

Luckily it allows me to register another account for my CC.
