Is possible PB not consider cashback anymore for BP?

I did that too. They just tell me they forward the request to credit card dept. I guess everyone is doing that to save 1 year of SST. Whether the credit card dept do something about it is a different story. Think I'll just cancel my application if I don't get anything tomorrow.

Maybe BP reload is now excluded from online rebate. Wait for a few more confirmation.

Can you please also check whether your VIP points increased by the same amount as your BP reload? If you received VIP points, it may mean that BP reload is excluded...

The cashback you are mentioning is your monthly 6% (capped at RM38) which should be reflected in latest statement?

Open your latest statement and look at the bottom table for VIP points. Is there an increase? If so, does this tally with your BP and other non-qualifying spend?

Double checked & re-load PB webpage and right now showed available cashback on the 28th statement. Mean till date PB still good use for BP reload.

Called up CS to request for sms notification for each transaction..was told it's not possible anymore for card with pin & paywave.

Hmmm..maybank cc can still give sms notification even for rm1.

My previous statement was all BP + dining, didn't gain any VIP. Guess BP still eligible.

oh ya, you all didn't say i also didn't notice the (DGP) CASH BACK BONUS 38.00 is gone from my August statement.
But however the balance is still deducting the RM38, you might need to recalculate again.
Maybe their system forgot to write out but still they calculate.

i check back the statement printed one day after the statement date there is no display there and yet the statement balance included the calculation.
and now i check again it appear in the online statement.

All my BP reload using QV eligible for VIP points

RM1 = 1 VIP

They expedited my request by rejecting my application

I think I'll wait a bit before I try other banks. See if any new promotion to cover the first year SST. I'm existing card holder, so I don't get the goodies for new card holders.
