Yea I just called to CS to convert my latest big purchase to flexipay 12 months. At first the CS was offering 6 months 0% interest but then I asked her isn’t quantum card offering 12 months 0% ? Then she processed it to 12 months conversion for me. All done within minutes. *thumbs up* thanks sifus

Btw is there any notification like an SMS for successful flexipay conversion prior to our statement date ?

The amount posted is only showing the full amount that I purchased in unbuckled transaction instead of the installment amount. Guess I’ll call CS again tomorrow if still not receiving the sms.

Only my main PB VS though, supplementary doesn't seem to reflect in my statement...

Good news! had a lengthy chat with CS

keyword: SST WAIVER CONDITIONS!

1) SST tracking is based on your respective principal card's expiry month. All supp follows principals, which is already is, if you noticed on your supp cards.

2) SST to be charged on the following statement date after end of anniversary year. meaning, if expiry month is 05 (May), it has already passed this year, so annivesary will end next year May 2019. SST will be charged on the following statement in Jun 2019.

3) Per redemption catalogue, 10K VIP to redeem RM25 SST. However, it shall be based on PER OWN CARD BASIS. even if your principal earned 20k VIP (example), you cannot redeem 10k VIP for your supp card's SST. Each VIP redemption is to each own card.

4) There IS unwritten/unpublished usage/spending condition to waive the SST. Need to call to request. Tracking is by anniversary year. Example from point 2 above, usage tracking is between May 2018 - May 2019. As usual, retail spending inclusive of any refunds, etc. Each card has different usage tier, in my query was for VS and Quantum; principal and supp is tracked separately (supp is 50% lesser).

Not sure how strict they enforce (4), but still good and achievable, worth the try to request for waiver.

I wrote in here after noticing the charges in the latest statement and after cybpsych mentioned no harm trying...that’s what I did. A call to SC but the girl said no reversal...I asked her to try for both my principal and supplementary. After that, I didn’t put much hope, but was surprised when I logged into pbe.

just very wired lo. Cash back really exhausted on monday, that week i use 3 time on monday 5 time on tuesday morning.

I think it will cash back to the first card? Mine cash back to the VS even when using QM or QV.
