How long usually I'll get confirmation for installment is successful?

Man, this PAC is really creating inconveniences. I managed to activate my Quantum MC and called to cancel Quantum Visa. Unfortunately, I cannot link this new card to my PBe. I will need to depend on statement until I can find some time to do this thing in nearest branch.

Anyway for Apply Now for PB Card & Take Your Choice Home Campaign, I need to wait for 60 days over then I'm only know whether I got entitled for those gift or once my first statement ready if already excess RM 150 for both card?

Since currently my both card should already excess RM 150 retail transaction by now and already done the SMS registration, just wonder if my first statement ready they will inform me for this or not?

Just now spent about 30 minutes in PBB near to my house for PAC matter. Submitted and I can only try after 8.00 p.m. So this is a normal SOP right? I hope I don't need to go back anymore.

Finally my PAC is registered and able to add my QMC. Now I can monitor my transactions with ease.

Oh it's not setup directly? Yesterday CS said eStatement will be sent to my email address?

Thanks for the tips! Somehow looks like it wasn't registered and I just did it. Quite surprised to know this because the CS can tell me I will receive my e-Statement via email and can read out my email address.
Luckily I went and did everything today.

If the staff in branch can see I only have two cards - VS and Quantum MC, so I can safely say Quantum Visa is already cancelled right?

Random question - I tried calling PBB CS at 603-2176 8000 using both my mobile (Samsung S7) and my homephone.  I reached the menu where it said "For English please press 1 bla bla bla".  No matter how many times I pressed "1", it didn't register.  After 2 attempts, the menu said "you have reached the maximum number of tries" and I was auto logged out. It happened 3x on each phone, until I gave up and used Skype call on my laptop to make the call. It was OK after that.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem recently?

Thank you! It worked!!  The number I originally call left me on hold for more than 10 minutes... so I gave up and used your number.  Instantly got to CS, and my issue was dealt with in 5 minutes.

I called re SST rebates for my principal PBB VS and 9 supps.  CS said they will confirm whether all the cards met the spending conditions, and if so, they can process the rebate.  Will update when this happens.  Annual spending for each card is RM633.25 x 12 hehehe.

Hope I can save my RM25 x 10!

For VS principle needs rm8000 spending to qualify for rm25 rebate, at 633.25x12 still short of rm400.
