the supp card, already has existing PBe? or you went there to create new PBe for a new supp card?with or without PBe, the card already been linked to mobile number for TAC, that's the one used on the application form.
opening a new PBe account/profile is just to link all cards/accounts under this PBe profile. the mobile number linked to PBe is used for PAC.
after PBe profile is created, then ask the staff to link your particular card/account to the new PBe.
not sure why the staff told you otherwise
