Tbh, I prefer let them handle everything. At least if shit happen, can huha asking for 1 to 1 replacement..

if SES open the unit to checking the defect. and find out it got one. does SES honour to replace on the spot?

last time i asked the telcos. if defect found during checking still need to bring to SC. so i said no need to open the box then
