I do hope Premium Gadget will not do the same.
If not cancel PO, just get the roadshow one.

Pls share with us the warranty registration experience... check if the seller need to unseal for the registration purpose or not.

yea I would avoid iGadget at all cost. Last time when I bought from Premium Gadget, it was ready stock. But iGadget always no stock and let buyers wait for a week or so.

I investigated smartgadget and premiumgadget reviews based on their sale for other devices. Both are very good sellers.

i can vouch on premium gadget. Most of ppl put too much trust on online sellers because they don't know how to evaluate sellers.

For those who order from Q10 but seller unable to fulfill it due to no free gift, this is a lesson for u, save RM250 but you don't get the free gift, in fact u lost more if u accept the order

Collected mine from 1U this morning. Staff was friendly, offered to open and check for possible defects. Proceeded to service centre to purchase screen warranty. Was also told that PO not eligible for One card cause of the free gifts.

Now my question is how to access free gifts such as Starbucks and Yiruma tix?

Btw many credit card options can be used for 12 months epp. Knock yourself out.

The guy took my printed papers then search for the colour. Took out the phone box, cut the seal and power on to do an update. He took the sticker and warranty card and said he'll fill it in.

Not sure if it's better to do postage. Personally, I don't mind them switching on the phone to activate the warranty. Back then, they did the same for my pre-ordered Note 7 although different SES. So I guess, it's their SOP.

Collected my note 9 already at SES sunway pyramid. No queue at all, very fast and i did check *#0*# .. while paying samsung sunway called me to come and pick up the phone loll..
