On the contrary I feel like nowadays taobao consistently have more coupons/sales throughout the year, some exclusive for Malaysian users.

I just checked that the last unused 50yuan hongbao in my account back in last Dec is still valid (it suppose to expire last year but apparently they glitched on the expiry date to 2019) and I manage to use it in a purchase last few days without even knowing it, LOL. If I know I probably will hold my order as today they’re giving out another new 50yuan hongbao to Malaysian users.

The main problem with taobao now is it’s official shipping agent sucks, this can’t airship that can’t airship, force us to ship by sea and it charge some imaginary GST according to order price...

But Tmall(Not Taobao) is trying to improve by letting the seller to enable a feature named "return locally", if they join this then you can return to Lazada warehouse, I think should be Lazada one la.

For cashback money, yes.
For refund(pay by bank but refund in wallet), yes, but you can withdraw it la, just remember, never use it directly, withdraw it first, as if you using it and get refund again, the money will count as wallet money and you will never ever allowed to withdraw it, unless you close your account.

So far I always resolve my dispute (undelivery/wrong items/dead on arrival) with refund instead; lucky that most of the time the seller allow to refund without shipping back the items...
