in their lazada live chat, there is no way for consumers to get the transcript of the chat (other platform like Fave provides transcript) , unless we screenshot the chat

I bought 2 items from Lazada in 2 separate orders. Paid the more expensive shipping in hopes of getting it faster. They were like a week+ late. So i went and rage checked with the live chat. A couple of days later both order refunded and marked as lost. Go make more noise at customer service and got 2 rm10 sorry vouchers and Rm8 store credit. On Tuesday the "lost" item arrived. LEX guy is the usual guy that drops off packages at my office, told me no need to sign because cannot find in system. Do i need to inform lazada that i received the items?
